A new Senedd committee is deciding what it will focus on for the next four years, and we want to make sure transport and climate does not slip down the list.

The Climate Change, Environment, Sustainability and Rural Affairs Committee is asking the public what it should prioritise. Transport is one of Wales's biggest sources of climate emissions, yet it's too often treated as an afterthought in these conversations. We're asking the Committee to make road-building, bus reform, and active travel delivery central to its scrutiny work — and we need your voice to back that up.

Ask the Committee to: 

- Scrutinise whether new road schemes are properly tested against their climate impact.

- Track delivery of the Bus Services (Wales) Act as it rolls out from 2027.

- Hold the Welsh Government to its active travel and mode-shift targets.
