We are currently involved with two legal challenges and supporting a third at Stonehenge. Our latest challenge strikes at the very heart of the planning approval process for new roads which allows decision makers to effectively ignore carbon emissions from new roads. However, we need your support to do this. Please share our CrowdJustice page and donate if you can. Many thanks.
While Transport for London and Transport for Greater Manchester have been around for some time now, from the regions, only Transport for the North has achieved statutory status (in 2018). However, that could be about to change with Transport for the South East and England's Economic Heartland leading the next wave of bodies seeking a statutory footing. Contact us if you have any questions about these or other bodies, or any useful intelligence to share.
