Transport Strategy

The process for reviewing the Transport Strategy is due to start this year.

The Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) was adopted in November 2022.

TAN wrote a detailed response to the draft SIP and wrote to TfSE's chair Keith Glazier prior to its adoption, expressing serious concerns about the impact of the SIP and the misleading information about carbon emissions. In addition, no significant changes were made to the SIP after the consultation despite decarbonisation and the environment being clear priorities for people.

Transport Strategy adopted June 2020.
